Tips For Finding Free Shih Tzu Puppies

Shih Tzu generally several hundreds of dollars and are in demand.  But if you want to find free Shih Tzu puppies then you need to do some homework.  Knowing where to look and when can really make the difference.

Classified Ads

First of all you can find free dogs in your local classified ads.  These are often placed by elderly people who can no longer care for their dogs and just want to see them given a good home.

Shelters and Humane Societies

Also, you can look at local shelters and humane societies.  Tell people working there what you want and be friendly.  That way when they get a dog in that is similar to the one you want they will call you.

Volunteer

Try to volunteer with a Shih Tzu rescue in your area.  Shih Tzu rescues are rare to find, so you may just have to join a dog rescue  group.   But when a  Shih Tzu comes in let them know what you want it.

Also place ads around at local vet clinics, shelters, bulletin boards, and place a classified ad.  You never know when you will get lucky and find some free Shih Tzu puppies.
