Yorkie Shih Tzu Mix

This is not a purebred, but a mix between a Yorkie and the Shih Tzu.  This combination makes a great family dog.  It does not bark like the Yorkie and is much more mellow like the Shih Tzu.

Temperament

The Yorkie Shih Tzu mix is a pretty active dog and one that is suited to more active families.  It loves to run outside.  Mellow and calm, and seldom barks.

Adults weight between 4 to 13 pounds.

Mix between yorkie and shih tzu colors; black, beige, red and white.

Shedding and Allergies

Considered non-shedding and allergy friendly.  It has a soft and silky coat. 

Grooming

Monthly grooming is required to keep the coat looking sharp the hair trimmed out of the eyes.

Exercise

These dogs love to run in the backyard and have a good deal of energy.
